Terms and Conditions

General Terms

  • 1.1 The Challenge shall be valid for students who get themselves registered through their respective schools across TamilNadu & Pondicherry.
  • 1.2 Schools to confirm preliminary examination date at least 3 weeks before the date of examination. Dates can be chosen between 1st of June to 10th of August,2019.
  • 1.3 Each participant has to pay a one-time participation fee of 359 only.
  • 1.4 Participation fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • 1.5 Once a participant has registered and paid the participation fee; it will be the sole responsibility of the participant to appear for INFINITY 2019 Numeracy Challenge Tests. Any request for fee refund will not be entertained post the last date of INFINITY 2019 Numeracy Challenge Tests for which the payment has been received but the participant has missed taking part in the ‘INFINITY 2019 Numeracy Challenge Tests’.
  • 1.6 Participants’ school can collect the fee on behalf of participants and choose to pay in either of the following payment methods (i) Pay online at www.atomsedu.com (ii)Deposit this cumulative fee as per number of participants - Cheque/Demand Draft drawn in favour of ATOMS CONCEPT EDUCATION STUDIO Pvt Ltd. or (iii) Wire Transfer to ATOMS CONCEPT EDUCATION STUDIO Pvt Ltd.   • 1.7 The competition will be held in two different phases mentioned in this booklet and the participation in this Challenge is open to all and not restrictive to their academic performance at school.
  • 1.8 The examination will be conducted in English. Each school will be the centre for its registered students.
  • 1.9 ATOMS officials engaged in the organization and management of the Challenge are under no obligation to render any advice or service to any participant in respect of the Challenge.
  • Receivables from ATOMS

  • 2.1 Participation in the Challenge shall be considered as an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein. Any breach or default of any Terms & Conditions herein shall result in immediate disqualification without notice.
  • 2.1 Every participant will also get a detailed result and Analytical report sheet along with their respective certificates mentioned below:
    • 2.1.1 All participants shall receive ‘Certificate of Participation’ after their successful participation in INFINITY 2019 Numeracy Challenge.
    • 2.1.2 ‘Certificate of Merit’ shall be given to participants who get selected for the quarter-final of the competition and get eliminated after participating in quarterfinals.
    • 2.1.3 ‘Certificate of Excellence’ will be given to the participants who win the quarterfinals and the semifinals with their respective awards.
    • 2.1.4 'Certificate of Achievement' for the Winners will be awarded along with NASA Programme offer with USA Trip.
  • 2.2 Any certificate shall not be exchangeable in any kind.
  • 2.3 Nothing in the ‘Challenge’ shall affect any intellectual property rights of ATOMS which may be the subject matter of the ‘Challenge’.
  • 2.4 ATOMS shall be entitled to use, in any manner, the name, photographs and other details of the participants or any other participating person, in any publication in press, radio, television or social media
  • 2.5 Any school/(student) that is not affiliated to any of the recognised education boards/(is not a student of an affiliated school) of India is not eligible to enter the Competition. ATOMS reserves the right to disqualify any school/student that it knows is, or has reasonable grounds to believe is, ineligible for the Challenge as a result of this Rule.
  • 2.6 In the event that a Prize-winner is disqualified from INFINITY 2019 Numeracy Challenge, ATOMS will, unless otherwise stated in the Challenge Terms, select an alternative Prize-winner in the same manner as the original Prize-winner and such selection will be subject to the Rules.
  • 2.7 By participating in the contest, all the participating school's consent to be bound by the decisions of the ATOMS. 2.7 Where it comes to the notice of the ATOMS that participating students have violated the rule(s) thus gaining an unfair advantage in the Challenge or have won using fraudulent means, such participants shall forthwith be disqualified.
  • 2.8 Un-sportsman-like, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behaviour during the proceedings of the Challenge in thoroughly unacceptable and may lead to disqualification with immediate effect.
  • Force Majeure

    ATOMS shall not be liable for any failure to perform any of its obligations under this MOU if the performance is prevented, hindered or delayed by a Force Majeure event (as defined below) and in such case its obligations shall be suspended for so long as the Force Majeure Event continues. ATOMS or Schools shall promptly inform the other of the existence of a Force Majeure Event and shall consult together to find a mutually acceptable solution. “Force Majeure Event” means any event due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of both ATOMS and Schools including, without limitation, unavailability of any communication system, breach or virus in the processes, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, etc..
